See below for some of the most frequently asked questions regarding our clear retainers.
1. How much does it cost?
Our retainer is $199 nett for 1 pair (upper and lower together), $299 for 2 pairs (2 upper and 2 lower) when booked online.
2. What is our retainer made of?
Our retainers are made out of compatible medical grade plastic. It is thicker at 2.00mm instead of 0.76mm.
3. How long can our retainer last?
The average life span is 1-2 year. Depending on your grinding and clenching habits, this may be longer or shorter.
4. Trim line
The retainer trim line is customised to your gums. It does not cover the wisdom teeth.
It is a straight cut retainer
5. No contact mould
We provide do-it-at-home moulds so that you can get your retainers without leaving your house.
6. How long will it take?
We will send the mould within 1 week and another week for the retainers to reach you. You can request for expedited shipping at an additional $50.
7. Can my retainers realign my teeth?
Retainers only keep the existing position. Retainers cannot move your teeth into a more aligned position.
8. How long does it take for the retainers to be made?
It takes 4 working days for the retainers to be ready for collection, if you choose to self collect. Exceptions to this are during public holidays where demand is higher.
9. Do you make Hawley retainers?
We make clear retainers only and do not offer Hawley retainers.
